Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

EMBARK ON A SALES CAREER

We are in search of a motivated and personable individual to fill the role of New Home Sales Representative within our Build on Your Lot Division in the Cleveland, OH area.

The primary aim of this role is to effectively market and sell Drees Homes' Build on Your Lot program. This initiative empowers our clients to construct their ideal home from our award-winning collection, tailored to their chosen location. Whether clients possess a lot, require assistance in locating a site, or have a specific property in mind, the new home sales representative, along with a dedicated team, will provide guidance and support throughout the entire process. This position involves off-site work.

Duties Include:

  • Promoting the company's offerings in alignment with corporate policies while achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Proficiently utilizing all sales documentation, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies.
  • Building relationships with real estate agents through marketing efforts, regular office visits, and follow-up communications.
  • Participating in or organizing events.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range.
  • Assisting clients in selecting home sites, house plans, and structural options.
  • Engaging in weekly sales meetings.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in new home sales is required.
  • An Associate's Degree is necessary, with a related field being ideal.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, ideally in a related field.

Weekend availability is necessary. This role offers significant earning potential along with a comprehensive benefits package, including profit sharing and 401(k) plans.

Compensation Structure

This position operates on a 100% commission basis, with earnings determined solely by the individual Sales Representative's performance.
