About the Role:

This position involves managing a sales territory or account portfolio, with a focus on business development and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute a business plan that drives revenue growth and exceeds annual performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a sales strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • A college education and prior sales experience are required. Technical or Engineering Degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial water treatment and sales is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Benefits:
