Senior Sales Consultant for Stone and Tile Industry

Bronwick Recruiting and Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in the Western Michigan to South Chicago market. Our client is a leading developer and distributor of tools, specialty supplies, and equipment used in the fabrication and restoration of surfaces for residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Sales Strategy
- The ideal candidate will travel daily within the designated territory to meet with customers in face-to-face sales calls, focusing on stone and tile fabrication shops.
- They will service existing accounts, establish new ones, and enter orders by planning and organizing their daily work schedule.
- The successful candidate will deploy local sales strategies and tactics while meeting assigned accounts/territory revenue, product margins, and sales goals.
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc., is essential.
- Prospecting for new accounts using social networking, internet, and trade publications will be a key responsibility.
- Utilizing analytical modeling to initiate needs and make recommendations for expansions, new facilities, new equipment, etc., will be a critical aspect of this role.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B distribution sales is required, preferably in the stone, tile, fabrication, or construction industries.
- At least 1 year of experience working in the stone, tile, or fabrication industries is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation: $70,000 - $90,000+
- Base salary: $50,000 - $55,000
- A comprehensive benefits package, including vehicle reimbursement, gas, and cell phone reimbursement.
