Job Title: Technical Product Planning Owner

About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and highly-motivated individual to lead the development and success of our vehicle product planning digital solutions. As a Technical Product Planning Owner, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, defining and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring the development team delivers high-quality vehicle products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the product vision and roadmap.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear requirements.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead agile development ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives as required to ensure effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Program Manager or in a similar role within a big tech or automotive industry.
  • Proven experience with product management methodologies, preferably in an Agile/SCRUM context.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts as well as participate in design discussions and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
