Location: Hybrid Work Model

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Compensation: $55 to $65 per hour on W2

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Lead with a robust background in development. The ideal candidate will not be a functional specialist but rather a seasoned professional with significant experience in the e-commerce sector.

  • Minimum of 6 years as a Technical Product Lead in e-commerce, with a focus on acquisition sales and commerce funnels.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and partnerships is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in UI/UX front-end design, with a foundational understanding of microservices, Swagger, and React applications.
  • Experience in use case development, story crafting, feature definition, and technical refinement in collaboration with architects, as well as managing Scrum teams, UX, and QA during product releases, insights, and voice of the customer (VOC) analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cross-functional teams to gather functional requirements, implement solutions, and validate through to the initial launch or lifecycle of services.
  • Define functional specifications for wireless services.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, budgeting, financial analysis, test design, execution, and long-term roadmap planning.
  • Communicate product specifications to various departments, including IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Sales.
  • Lead the vendor selection process, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new data applications and devices, including implementation plans, project schedules, issue logs, meeting minutes, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
