About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment community in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall performance of the property, including resident satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive occupancy and lease renewal rates
  • Lead a team of maintenance and administrative staff to ensure prompt and professional service to residents
  • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize property performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily property management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Yardi accounting software and Microsoft Office

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $42-$50 per hour, based on experience
  • Up to 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year, with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours
