About the Role

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Territory Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in your assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with eye care professionals (ECPs) and other stakeholders in your territory
  • Provide technical and clinical support to ECPs to help them make informed decisions about Bausch + Lomb products
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the eye care industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
