Job Title: Territory Manager, NM

At LivaNova, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in NM. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving organic patient demand for our VNS Therapy product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge base of VNS Therapy, its uses, therapy areas, and the market place to build credibility with customers.
  • Develop and present an annual business plan and quarterly business reviews, account by account, for implanting and referring accounts.
  • Identify, visit, and develop new accounts, physicians, surgeons, neurologists, and nurses that have the potential to implant or refer patients for implant.
  • Visit and further develop existing accounts to generate long-term sustainable and predictable business.
  • Assist customers in identifying patients and pulling them through to implant, using available tools.
  • Liaise with Patient Support groups and all relevant governmental bodies within your territory to foster awareness of VNS Therapy and ensure reimbursement continuity and optimization.
  • Organize and attend training and meetings with healthcare professionals to enhance knowledge of VNS for Epilepsy and ensure optimal treatment is provided.
  • Support surgical cases when necessary.
  • Provide technical support when there is troubleshooting during patient follow-up or surgery.
  • Regularly submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including planning, activities, patient pipeline, and forecasts, to enable close monitoring of defined goals and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Monitor and check all stock held by accounts on a regular basis and submit a monthly report to avoid unused or lost products.
  • Control and monitor all expenses and submit monthly expense claims.
  • Complete administrative and training requirements on time and accurately.
  • Sign and act in accordance with all internal policies set out.
  • Perform other duties as may be required by supervisor.
  • Non-office hour or weekend duty may be required when necessary for technical or surgical support and marketing activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical, Nursing, Science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Minimum 5+ years of selling experience in a medical field, preferably in a consultative role, where daily accountabilities are established, measured, and rewarded.
