Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Technology Management: Translate business needs into actionable plans for marketing tools, ensuring maximum leverage and efficiency.

  • ZoomInfo Management: Assist with training globally related to SalesOS, create and monitor Audiences and Workflows tied to Analytical Marketing programs, manage and monitor user licensing.
  • Conversica Management: Manage setup and maintenance of AI Assistant configuration, continuously review AI conversations for accuracy and success performance.
  • Marketing Analytics Programs: Request intake coordination for ZoomInfo and Marketing Automation tool development needs, develop and validate ZoomInfo Audience definitions and related workflows, perform roadmap management to ensure coordination with other activities.
  • Analytics: Own ongoing and ad-hoc reporting related to systems use, benefits, gap/deficiencies, areas to bring improvement, collaborate with Marketing Automation and Digital teams to ensure accurate reporting, tracking, and monitoring of campaigns, assist with budget management and renewals across the MarTech stack owned by the Marketing Operations team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing operations/marketing management role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the marketing execution lifecycle, ability to be task, detail, and execution-oriented, strong understanding of the B2B technology, marketing, and sales framework, experience in marketing analytics models such as ROI models, Attribution models, Mixed Media models, etc.
  • Communication: Experience in working with, presenting, and communicating to senior business leaders, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to be confident and collaborative, has a passion for trying new ideas, approaches, etc.
