Salary
The salary for this role is $60,000 - 68,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, you will also receive a monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend.
Job Description
As the Senior Community Operations Manager at Eastpark Apartment Homes, you will be responsible for the day-to-day property management, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, preparing agreements, and supervising/training all property employees. You will have a separate office to manage your staff and conduct work from.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new residents
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, lease agreements, and property maintenance
* Collecting rents and managing resident accounts
* Preparing and serving notices to residents, including eviction notices
* Developing and implementing property maintenance schedules and budgets
* Supervising and training property employees
* Collaborating with the community management team to achieve business goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
* Two (2) years of previous property management experience
* Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous supervisory experience
* Previous experience with property management software, such as Entrata
* Basic experience with MS365, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
* Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports
* Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
* Availability for after-hours emergencies
