Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director to lead our Field Operations team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing operational and patient care leadership, while supporting the company's overall business strategy. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining good working knowledge and expertise of all key clinical areas to support the care delivery for high-quality patient care, clinical practice compliance, quality functions, and patient/member experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary leadership for APPs in assigned geography
- Develop and maintain good working knowledge and expertise of all key clinical areas
- Provide input for operational and clinical improvements
- Analyze data, determine trends, formulate action plans to address areas of need and execute plans to achieve business goals
- Provide effective local operational leadership for execution of new initiatives and existing processes
- Helps to train and ensure all market assigned colleagues are aware of and comply with company, government, and patient policies, procedures, and regulations
- Recruits, hires, orients, provides mentorship, and evaluates new staff positions to meet WellBe and patient needs
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with completed certification in areas of Family, Adult, or Adult/Gero
- Master's Degree or higher
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of direct people leadership/management experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of NP or related nursing work experience
- Previous experience in home care, hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics strongly preferred
- Full-time permanent position
