Key Responsibilities:


Generate reports to assist in monitoring inventory throughout the pre- and post-sale phases of machinery or attachments.

Offer support and training to sales representatives within the designated territory.

Assist in the preparation and compilation of bid proposals.

Examine buyers' orders and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate machinery logistics with sales representatives and the transportation team.

Facilitate machine readiness with Butler Ag workshops.

Organize and support trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.

Work collaboratively to promote the vision, mission, and values of Butler Ag.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal are essential.

Prior sales experience, training, or education is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is crucial.

Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent customer service skills are required.

High attention to detail is necessary.

Industry knowledge or experience is advantageous.

Must be proficient or willing to become proficient in understanding manufacturers' pricing structures.

Must meet company standards for driving insurability.
