Senior Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Account Director & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our U.S. business. As our senior client lead, you will be the face of Truelogic and our key client engagement leader in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen key client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Be the go-to contact for our clients, collaborating with Account Managers to set expectations and optimize opportunities.
• Lead proposals and pitch processes, working closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and tech.
• Collaborate with our Customer Success and Tech Teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
Requirements:
• Respected by peers and clients alike, with a consultative, non-transactional approach to relationship-building.
• Proven experience in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
• Ability to spot opportunities beyond assigned tasks and drive business growth.
• Experience in staffing or software development outsourcing models, with a technical background in software engineering a plus.
