Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize internal processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in health/medical pharmaceuticals or biotech, with a strong appreciation for medical communications and scientific storytelling.
  • Understanding of market dynamics in therapeutic areas, scientific messaging, and KOL/DOL engagement strategies.
  • Comprehension of medical terminology and ability to estimate costs and develop budgets.
  • Prior supervisory experience and ability to motivate others to attain goals.
