Senior Account Director

Cushman & Wakefield National seeks a Senior Account Director to lead our Global Occupier Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitability, client satisfaction, and exceptional service delivery for assigned accounts within the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of success in leading multi-discipline teams and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of client business goals and strategies, aligning real estate services to contribute to these objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial and contract performance outcomes of account teams
- Establish and implement overall vision, strategy, and performance metrics for service lines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Implement and manage account governance processes
- Provide disciplined contract management to meet superior delivery of all contract deliverables
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience
- Experience in directly leading and managing multi-discipline teams
- Client, P&L, and contract management experience
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with agencies, local government officials, and business community members
