Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Clerk for our esteemed client, Cynet Systems.

Position Title: Warehouse Clerk

Location: Irvine, CA

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $13.55/hr - $18.55/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and meticulously count stock items, documenting data either manually or via computer systems.
  • Efficiently pack and unpack items for storage in stockrooms, warehouses, or designated storage areas.
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory records by reconciling them with physical stock counts, investigating any discrepancies.
  • Organize and store items systematically in warehouses, tool rooms, and supply areas for easy access.
  • Label stock items using identification tags, stamps, or electric marking tools to maintain organization.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of supplies, tools, and storage areas to comply with safety standards.
  • Document usage and condition of stock or handling equipment to track inventory effectively.
  • Inspect stock items for any wear or defects, reporting damages to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist and guide other warehouse personnel as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while paying attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant equipment, policies, and procedures to support effective operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
