Position Overview:
As a Lighting Control Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, and maintenance of sophisticated lighting control systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. Your role will involve collaboration with project teams to devise and execute effective control strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, program, and maintain lighting control systems to ensure optimal functionality.
2. Collaborate with project teams to design and implement control strategies.
3. Conduct pre-wiring site visits to review factory submittals with electrical contractors.
4. Provide guidance on recommended device installations and best practice wiring methods.
5. Review sequences of operations with stakeholders.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
7. Offer technical support and training to clients.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with lighting control systems and products.
- Proficient knowledge of various lighting control technologies (e.g., Casambi, Crestron, Hubbell, Leviton, Lutron, etc.).
- Experience in troubleshooting low voltage lighting control systems and navigating associated challenges.
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
