This role is vital in assisting our Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting dish and menu costing to ensure profitability.
  • Coordinating calendar schedules and managing appointments.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation logistics for staff.
  • Overseeing inventory management and supply orders.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of small-scale events.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Proficiency in computer applications and spreadsheet management is essential. Effective communication and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
