Position Overview: We are in search of a Restaurant Operations Coordinator to provide essential support to our esteemed restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments. This role is pivotal in assisting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks that facilitate smooth daily operations and special projects across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting dish and menu costing
  • Coordinating calendar appointments and meetings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation logistics
  • Managing inventory levels
  • Overseeing small event logistics

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and responsibility, coupled with a collaborative spirit. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in computer applications and spreadsheet management is required. Success in this role hinges on effective time management, spatial awareness, and strong communication abilities.
