About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts in the Major Accounts / Industrial sector for our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and bring in new business opportunities to increase revenue
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to increase usage of our services and workforce
  • Lead new business development, customer relationships, and client satisfaction in assigned territories
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and rapport with field employees
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to win
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems
  • Experience in cold calling, canvassing, and generating new business leads
