About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts in the Major Accounts / Industrial sector for our construction labor support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector, including cold-calling and client management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase revenue and usage of our services.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly growth and profitability targets.
  • Problem-solve customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive client satisfaction through personal accountability and a results-oriented mentality.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
  • Experience in cold calling, canvassing, and generating new business leads.
