Job Overview

We are a reputable General Contractor with over two decades of expertise in the construction sector. Our projects encompass various phases of construction, including:

  • Residential Renovations
  • New Residential Builds
  • Commercial Tenant Improvements
  • New Commercial Developments

Most of our job sites are located within the Portland Metro area and Tualatin Valley.

Qualifications:

We are in search of a hands-on Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience (7+ years preferred) in the construction field. Candidates should possess knowledge of Commercial Construction and be prepared to work nights and weekends when necessary (though this is infrequent). A valid driver's license is mandatory.

This role demands reliability, a strong work ethic, compliance with company policies, adherence to project specifications, teamwork, and effective communication with management, colleagues, subcontractors, and clients as required. Basic English communication skills are essential for interaction with clients.

All employees may be required to undergo a pre-employment Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Driving Record Check. We are an E-Verify participant.

  • Framing Skills (Wood and Metal Stud)
  • Installation of Windows and Doors
  • Structural Repairs
  • Cabinet Installation
  • Finish Carpentry
  • Flooring Installation
  • Dry Rot and Water Damage Repairs
  • Drywall Patching and Painting
  • General Painting (Finish, Trim, Touch-Up)
  • Demolition and Job Site Cleanup
  • General Labor Tasks

Responsibilities also entail the ability to work independently, efficiently complete assigned tasks, and ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.

This is an hourly position with full-time employment status. Compensation is based on experience, and opportunities for advancement within the company are available for the right candidate. This position is eligible for benefits.
