Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical individual to join our vibrant team. This key role will serve as a bridge between our organizational goals and IT capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements, translate these into technical specifications, and ensure the effective implementation of solutions that enhance business operations and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering

  • Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.

Data Analysis

  • Collect and analyze data to identify business needs and opportunities.
  • Examine complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

Process Improvement

  • Assess current business processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and recommend solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Formulate strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a liaison between departments, conveying findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and clarity regarding project objectives and deliverables.

Documentation

  • Produce comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process diagrams, and system requirements.
  • Draft clear and well-organized business requirements and documentation.

Project Support

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope.

Reporting

  • Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to aid stakeholders in understanding business performance.

Testing and Validation

  • Develop and implement test plans to verify that the quality and functionality of delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Training and Support

  • Provide training and assistance to end-users to ensure effective utilization of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a Business Analyst role or a similar capacity.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or equivalent certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello), and familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python is advantageous.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to devise data-driven solutions for business challenges.
