Job Overview:
This role connects technology with our organizational needs, assessing how new solutions, carrier business regulations, and industry developments will influence our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate with minimal supervision on projects of moderate to high complexity and independently on simpler projects.
- Act as a liaison among Business Development, Development, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Serve as the main technical contact for carrier partners and certification teams.
- Contribute to identifying solutions, gathering, and developing business and functional requirements that align with organizational needs in a data-driven environment.
- Conduct application walkthroughs with subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Document existing system assets, including use cases, reports, business processes, and enhancement requirements.
- Assist System Analysts in extracting application rules and documenting business regulations.
- Collaborate with SMEs to establish modernization plans for various assets.
- Support project management in compiling project plans and related schedules.
- Familiarize with the current data model and assist in constructing the future case data model to meet evolving requirements.
- Design and document future case assets, including use cases, reports, and business processes, incorporating enhancements and updated rules.
- Compile Change Requests, including business and technical specifications, and gather effort estimates from the team.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in requirements gathering and documentation analysis.
- Practical experience with software development tools and capability to perform basic scripting tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other documentation tools.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with carrier business regulations and industry standards is preferred.
