Daily Responsibilities of a Technical Support Analyst

With a strong commitment to your work, you will be expected to provide remote diagnostics, implementation, and training for our POS systems and peripherals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the needs of both new and existing clients are fulfilled. Balancing the demands of multiple team members while prioritizing tasks will be essential. Your analytical skills will be utilized to assess issues and modify client systems as necessary. You will communicate any required adjustments in our clients' systems to the relevant parties and ensure prompt resolution of all identified issues.

At Business Machines Company, we foster a family-oriented culture where everyone is familiar with one another. Our employees appreciate a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, along with a rotating on-call schedule.
