Stonegate Financial is in search of a Full-time Client Relations Specialist to enhance our operations.

The Client Relations Specialist role at Stonegate Financial is ideal for an individual who thrives on engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This position involves collaborating with our diverse team to master our systems and effectively address client inquiries while proactively seeking innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and streamline our processes.

Benefits of the Client Relations Specialist position:

Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 based on experience.

Benefits Package: Employees enjoy three weeks of accrued paid time off plus 12 paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, profit sharing, a performance-based bonus program, comprehensive medical insurance, and additional benefits.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional special events outside of these hours. This role requires in-office presence.

Daily Responsibilities of a Client Relations Specialist:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Oversee the CRM calendar, including scheduling client meetings and managing pre- and post-meeting activities.
  • Maintain client information in our Client Relationship Management system (Redtail) and our email marketing platform (Keap).
  • Serve as the primary contact for all incoming communications.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss enhancements to services and processes.
  • Assist the Client Services Manager in fulfilling client requests within the Raymond James system.
  • Organize client events and celebrate client milestones.
  • Drive marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications we seek:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a professional setting, with a preference for backgrounds in executive assistance or office management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Redtail preferred).
  • Familiarity with financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A genuine commitment to client service.
  • A passion for helping and caring for others.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Comfortable in a pet-friendly office environment.
