Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all clients in a courteous and professional manner, whether in person or via phone.
  • Assist clients with service-related tasks, including processing payments, modifying existing policies, resolving billing inquiries, and providing informed recommendations.
  • Enhance existing client relationships through policy reviews and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers by effectively managing inbound calls.

Qualifications
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role *REQUIRED*
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls while meeting agency expectations.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team.
  • Must be open to coaching and feedback.
  • Capability to adhere to established processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
