Position Overview:
This role is designed to provide essential support to a team of advisors within the Wealth Management sector, focusing on high net-worth clientele. The selected candidate will act as a primary liaison for client and advisor inquiries, ensuring that all requests are addressed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize operational requests from clients and advisors, including account maintenance and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with a dedicated virtual team to guarantee timely fulfillment of client and advisor needs.
- Monitor client relationships, identifying any at-risk accounts and communicating with the appropriate management personnel.
- Serve as a local contact for support leaders within the Wealth Division.
- Foster positive relationships with various departments to advocate for Wealth clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and within the designated authority.
- Assist in sales and retention efforts by coordinating appointments and preparing marketing materials.
- Support advisors with administrative tasks to enhance client engagement.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring a personalized experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of one year of experience in banking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of banking and lending products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred:
- Three years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Basic understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and investment principles.
