Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and prioritize operational requests from clients and advisors, including account maintenance and transaction processing.
  2. Collaborate with a dedicated virtual team to guarantee timely fulfillment of client and advisor needs.
  3. Monitor client relationships, identifying any at-risk accounts and communicating with the appropriate management personnel.
  4. Serve as a local contact for support leaders within the Wealth Division.
  5. Foster positive relationships with various departments to advocate for Wealth clients effectively.
  6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  7. Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and within the designated authority.
  8. Assist in sales and retention efforts by coordinating appointments and preparing marketing materials.
  9. Support advisors with administrative tasks to enhance client engagement.
  10. Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring a personalized experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of one year of experience in banking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and lending products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferred:

  • Three years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • Basic understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and investment principles.
