Position Overview

As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for managing all incoming reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations through various communication channels. Your role will involve:

  • Clearly explaining policies regarding guarantees, special rates, and cancellation terms to guests.
  • Documenting and accommodating special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Providing detailed information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Utilizing effective sales techniques to optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Accurately entering and retrieving data within the reservation management system.
  • Applying the correct codes for special reservation types, including complimentary stays and employee discounts.
  • Following established protocols for addressing guest concerns and issues.

Key Responsibilities
Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance. Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and safeguard company assets. Foster a welcoming environment by:

  • Greeting and acknowledging all guests in accordance with company standards.
  • Anticipating and addressing the service needs of guests.
  • Providing assistance to individuals with disabilities.
  • Expressing genuine appreciation to guests.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, utilizing professional language and telephone etiquette. Build and maintain positive relationships with team members to achieve collective goals. Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.

Physical Requirements
Perform tasks that may involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications

The compensation for this role ranges from $24.02 to $30.03 per hour.
