About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Assistant to join our team at Pulama Lanai. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our private charter air service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with creating a high-end private charter experience for guests of the Four Seasons Lana'i, utilizing the Lana'i Air reservation line and providing accurate information about the service.
  • Coordinate the Lana'i Air Charter service to guests, managing flight availability to maximize utilization and avoid overbooking.
  • Communicate effectively with aircraft operators, ground support, and ground transportation vendors to ensure accurate communication of details for guest arrivals and transfers.
  • Responsible for emailing confirmation receipts to customers, which may require customization depending on required transportation.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of office spaces and lounge areas, and greet guests individually upon arrival and during their wait period.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism to guests, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, and assisting with inquiries.
Requirements
  • Hospitality experience with a high-end resort, highly preferred.
  • 1 year of logistical coordination or sales/marketing experience, preferred.
  • 1 year of clerical experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet, and other applicable software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
