As a Development Manager, you will drive our individual fundraising strategy and expand key revenue streams. You will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with high-value donors, identifying opportunities to secure gifts ranging from $10,000 to $100,000.

About the Role

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute personalized donor engagement strategies to achieve annual revenue goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value donors to secure five- and six-figure gifts.
  • Develop and execute customized donor engagement strategies to retain and grow giving in the portfolio.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $78,000 - $88,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in fundraising, communications, or business development, with 3 years of progressive experience in direct fundraising and donor relationship management.
  • A proven track record of closing 5-figure gifts and communicating effectively with high-value donors and prospects.
  • Experience managing complex projects, iterating in real-time, and employing data for decision-making.
