About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Major Gifts Officer to join our team at Martha's Table. As a key member of our development department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive major gift strategies to retain and grow donors giving $10,000-$149,999.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully soliciting and stewarding major gifts, with a strong understanding of donor communication and engagement principles. You will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with high-capacity donors, creating customized strategies for each prospect, and coordinating fundraising events targeting major gifts.

In addition to your expertise in major gifts, you will also be responsible for maintaining and growing the Maz Legacy Circle/Planned Giving Program, overseeing all aspects of the Major Gifts campaign, and setting the strategy for our major gifts program as it relates to the $10,000-$149,999 giving levels.
