About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives.

You will partner with our Chief Revenue Officer to drive innovation and growth across the organization, leveraging your expertise in marketing trends and technologies to enhance our online presence and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the credit union's overall business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to the development of the credit union's long-term vision and growth plans.
  3. Oversee the development and maintenance of the credit union's brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational values.
  4. Implement strategies to enhance brand recognition and reputation within the communities served.
  5. Lead efforts to attract and retain members through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
  6. Drive the marketing and digital marketing strategy, utilizing online channels to engage with current and prospective members.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. You will have a deep understanding of marketing trends and technologies, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $156,286 - $220,428, depending on experience, as well as a 15% potential incentive of base pay. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
