About the Role

Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a full-time salaried Vice President of Marketing to work hybrid out of our harborside corporate office in Bremerton, WA.

As the VP of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand and marketing strategy.

Your role involves strategic thinking, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of marketing trends and technologies.

You will partner with the Chief Revenue Officer in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning them with our overall business goals, and driving innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the credit union's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to the development of the credit union's long-term vision and growth plans.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the credit union's brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational values.
  • Implement strategies to enhance brand recognition and reputation within the communities served.
  • Lead efforts to attract and retain members through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, member behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive the marketing and digital marketing strategy, utilizing online channels to engage with current and prospective members.
  • Stay abreast of emerging marketing and digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions to enhance our online presence.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Operations, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that encourages the sharing of ideas and expertise.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $156,286 - $220,428 depending on experience, with a 15% potential incentive of base pay.

We also offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM working hours.
