Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving and directing business sales and marketing efforts to ensure Restoration 1 is the top choice for customers in need of water, fire, or mold restoration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in assigned territories
  • Report on progress towards short- and long-term goals, aligning with company objectives
  • Work with Ops Manager and Owner to set clear performance standards and budgets for business units and client accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new client accounts and grow existing relationships
  • Supervise and manage accounts for follow-up and activity, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines
  • Exceed client expectations and demonstrate a genuine interest in their well-being
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with managers to review key deliverables and performance
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in property insurance, services, or related sales
  • Nice to have: 1-3 years of project management and estimating experience
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, homeowners, and employees
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make prudent decisions
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Xactimate
