Job Title: Director, Performance Improvement

West Oaks Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Performance Improvement to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hospital's compliance with regulatory agencies and driving performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and other applicable agencies.
  • Monitor performance indicators and action plans.
  • Coordinate and review hospital Performance Improvement Plans annually.
  • Lead Performance Improvement Council monthly meetings and prepare agenda, compile and present aggregate data and statistical reports.
  • Submit and present quarterly PI report to Board of Directors.
  • Develop and implement a Performance Improvement Plan, evaluate results monthly, and report to PI Committee, MEC, and BOG.
  • Analyze statistical data to determine and respond to trends.
  • Consult with senior staff and directors in developing department-specific programs and quality measures.
  • Prepare and submit monthly PI data to UHS.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience in performance improvement and/or quality management.
  • CPR and de-escalation certification.
  • LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or RN preferred.
