Employee Development:

  • Identify and address performance gaps through targeted training and development programs.
  • Work with managers to create individualized development plans for employees.

Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs):

  • Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans for underperforming employees.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate reports on performance management metrics for senior leadership.
  • Use data analytics to drive performance improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of performance management activities.

Management Training:

  • Facilitate training sessions using various methods, such as workshops, seminars, webinars, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Oversee Management training program
  • Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Making continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods based on feedback and evaluation results.
  • Tracking the progress and development of participants to ensure the training meets its objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance management or a related HR role.
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in performance management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Have the ability to travel about 25% of the time.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000

This is a Hybrid position located in the Hobby Airport area of Houston, TX
