Low Voltage Systems Expert

AAA Fire, a leading provider of fire and life safety solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in Layton, UT.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, and maintenance on fire alarms, security alarms, CCTV, access control, and other low voltage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting service calls for commercial and residential customers
- System testing and inspecting to the prescribed NFPA standards
- Providing on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs of customers' fire protection and suppression equipment
- Preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports
- Ensuring a high level of customer service, satisfaction, and communication
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment on and off-site
- Interfacing successfully with Administration, Sales, Customers, and Management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to install, inspect, program, or service fire alarm, security systems, access control, CCTV, or other relevant low voltage systems
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exemplary customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must read and speak English
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid Driver's License
