Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, and maintenance on fire alarms, security alarms, CCTV, access control, and other low voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting service calls for commercial and residential customers
  • System testing and inspecting to the prescribed NFPA standards
  • Providing on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs of customers' fire protection and suppression equipment
  • Preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service, satisfaction, and communication
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment on and off-site
  • Interfacing successfully with Administration, Sales, Customers, and Management
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to install, inspect, program, or service fire alarm, security systems, access control, CCTV, or other relevant low voltage systems
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exemplary customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must read and speak English
  • Strong Time Management Skills
  • Must have a clean driving record and a valid Driver's License
