Seeking a skilled Automation Technician to install, repair, and maintain computer-based control systems for HVAC and energy management systems in commercial and industrial buildings. The role involves interfacing with customers, architects, engineers, and contractors from project start-up to commissioning. Responsibilities include creating and programming databases, configuring software, conducting system diagnostics, managing administrative tasks, and responding to emergency service calls. The position requires travel up to 20%, occasionally to Wyoming, with potential overnight stays.

Hard Skills
  • Database creation and applications programming
  • Software loading and configuration for controllers
  • Diagnoses trouble or defect; determines corrective action and repairs system
  • Electronic test equipment calibration
  • CAD software for generating drawings and schematics
