Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Outreach Manager to join our team at Horizon House (CCRC). As a key sales team member and business partner, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and sales for our Assisted Living community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a referral network of senior centers, hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve lead generation objectives and increase assisted living occupancy through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on Horizon House services and other resources for older adults, and act as a resource for referral partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from building the prospect base to securing deposits for move-ins and managing the lead base.
  • Work closely with the Assisted Living Director to facilitate external move-ins and increase occupancy.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and report on business development activities, prospective residents, performance metrics, and outcomes.
  • Host and participate in community events, B2B presentations, and other opportunities to generate brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Five years of successful outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to plan and execute project goals, work independently, and interact appropriately with seniors.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management software.
