Client Relations Specialist

Position Overview:
The role of a Customer Service Representative is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clientele, ensuring the successful promotion of Workshop Services and Products. This position demands a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with customers via various channels, including email, phone, and in-person visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and identifying service parts needs.
- Welcome customers courteously, assess their requirements, and complete necessary documentation for service execution.
- Monitor Work In Progress (WIP) reports to expedite workshop instructions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Foreman to optimize workshop capacity, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
- Communicate completion timelines and payment options to customers effectively.
- Inform customers about any additional work needed and provide accurate quotations to obtain necessary approvals.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Assist in resolving invoice queries and managing debt recovery processes.
- Support the scheduling and management of customer vehicle bookings for inspections, servicing, and repairs.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Familiarity with booking procedures and relevant service department systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient IT skills, with training provided on in-house systems.
