Job Overview:
Databricks is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team as a Designated Support Engineer. This role involves working closely with enterprise clients to provide high-touch support and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage one or multiple accounts simultaneously
* Project manage all open support cases on a daily basis
* Facilitate correspondence with Engineering, Product Team, SMEs, Accounts Teams
* Engage with Senior Leadership, Technical, and Functional staff to remove roadblocks

Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of customer-facing experience as Technical Account Manager or Designated Support Engineer
* Minimum 3 years' experience designing, developing, testing, and sustaining Python/Java/Scala-based applications
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in a 'Distributed Big Data Computing' environment
