We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead our customer success efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing a book of business and driving customer satisfaction through the effective use of our products.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of technical B2B client-facing experience with a SaaS product and a proven track record of taking ownership and accountability.

This role requires someone who can read and understand technical documentation and analyze data sets to determine how to optimize customer performance.

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 ($137,500 - $162,500 OTE), plus equity in the company and a comprehensive benefits package.
