We are in search of a Service Coordinator for our operations, whose main responsibility will be to effectively oversee and manage the service-related functions within the Service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate service tickets in our internal management system as they are received.
- Update CRM calendar and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Input tickets into our financial software.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and complete invoicing for clients.
- Establish profiles for new clients.
- Provide daily reporting as required.
- Maintain all platforms with current information.
- Address a high volume of correspondence with vendors, team members, and clients.
- Manage client expectations and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and the capacity to respond swiftly to customer service challenges.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service roles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint), internet applications, and client-specific software.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
