Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Abstrakt Marketing Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Service Managers to assign field personnel for service calls, start-ups, and warranty jobs.
  • Create Work Orders and Purchase Orders for Service operations.
  • Coordinate the assignment of field personnel for preventive maintenance and fixed-price repairs.
  • Maintain calendars for PMs, OnCall, and Vacation Requests.
  • Prepare Time Sheets for weekly review and Wednesday payroll.
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries of parts for maintenance and service calls as needed.
  • Review daily Work Order assignments for completion and billable status.
  • Create Work Order folders for review and Invoicing.
  • Assemble weekly reports for Service Meeting Review.
  • Maintain/Manage information for reporting of State/Federal regulated materials, such as Refrigerant.
  • Maintain/Manage databases of customers/vendors and GPS System, vehicle repair, and mileage as needed.
  • Accept and perform special assignments as required.
  • Review compensation and duties after three months from date of hire.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in service coordination or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $35,000 to $45,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
