Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our team in ensuring operational excellence and efficiency. This role will assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Operations: Assist in coordinating daily operations and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between departments and assist in resolving inquiries and issues.
- Scheduling: Help manage job scheduling and tracking, ensuring timely project execution.
- HR Assistance: Support HR tasks such as onboarding, training coordination, and payroll processing.
- Safety Compliance: Assist in maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining high standards of service.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a coordination role, preferably in landscaping or a similar field.
- Basic knowledge of landscape operations and property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in job scheduling and tracking software; experience with MS Office is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
We offer a competitive pay range of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
