Territory Sales Manager

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to drive sales and business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably in a distributor sales role.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
