Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  1. Managing our supply closet and ordering office supplies.
  2. Preparing accounts payable invoices and submitting them for approval.
  3. Assisting with meeting setup and coordination.
  4. Maintaining resident information in our computer database.
  5. Generating and providing this information to the Property Manager, Board of Directors, and valet desk.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three to five years of related work experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows software
  • Strong administrative background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
