As an Office Administrator - Financial Services, you will play a vital role in supporting our President and other team members in their daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and providing administrative support to our financial planning team. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless operations within the firm. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities. A strong understanding of general business operations and business policies and procedures is also essential.
About You
To excel in this position, you will need to have a minimum of two years of experience in office administration. You must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills. Outstanding phone skills are mandatory, and poise and composure in a professional environment are essential. Dependability, integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion are also critical qualities for this role. Additionally, you should be able to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is required, with CRM knowledge being a plus but not necessary. A great energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working in a small but growing business are also desirable traits.
Benefits
As an Office Administrator - Financial Services at Hackmann Wealth Partners, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $57,000 based on qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation awards, dependent on individual success and firm performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance with employer/employee contributions, a 401(k) plan, flexible personal/vacation time off, sick leave, and paid holidays. A trial period of six months will apply to the terms of employment.
